Ingredients

450g/1 lb gram flour
-
1 small onion, finely chopped
-
2 green chilies, thinly sliced
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp pomegranate seeds
-
15ml/1 tbsp ghee
-
450ml/3/4 pt warm water
-
ghee for frying
Method:
-
Mix the flour, onion, chilies,
pomegranate seeds and ghee then gradually work in
enough water to make a stiff dough.
-
Knead well until
smooth, then divide into 8 portions and roll them
into thick rounds. Brush both sides with ghee then
fry until lightly browned on both sides.
