Indian Recipes - Rice Papadums Indian Recipe
Ingredients
25g/1 oz long-grain rice, ground
large pinch of salt
100ml/3 12 fl oz water
1 large plastic bag
1 small plastic bag
oil for smearing and deep-frying
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a pan over a medium heat and cook for 1 minute until all the water has been absorbed.
Leave to cool slightly then shape into 10 equal portions. Roll, dry and fry as Potato Papadum.
