Sago Papadums
Ingredients

900ml/1 1/2 pts water
-
100g/4 oz sag
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp salt
Method:

Boil the water in a pan, stir
in the sago and salt, lower the heat and simmer for
15 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture
thickens.

Drop table spoonfuls of the mixture on to
a greased plastic sheet and spread it into circles.
Leave in a warm place to dry completely then store
in an airtight container. Deep-fry as Potato Papadum.
