Almond Fudge
Ingredients
Method:
-
Puree the almonds with 250ml/8
fl oz/1 cup of the milk with the sugar and cardamom
over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes until thick,
stirring continuously.

Add the almond paste and
margarine or oil and cook for 15-20 minute until
thick and smooth.

Spread evenly in a greased baking
dish and leave to cool. Cut into squares to serve.
