Bhapa Dohi
Ingredients

300ml/1/2 pt natural (plain)
yoghurt
-
400g/14 oz condensed milk
-
50g/2 oz raisins
-
25g/1 oz blanched almonds,
chopped
-
25g/1 oz cashew nuts, chopped
-
15ml/1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Method:
-
Whisk the yoghurt until smooth
then mix in the remaining ingredients and pour into
a heatproof bowl and cover with a lid.

Stand the
bowl on a trivet in a pan half-filled with water.
Bring the water to the boil then reduce the heat to
low, cover and cook for 50 minutes. Serve cold.
