Ingredients
Method:
-
Bring the milk and margarine to
the boil over a medium heat.

Stir in the sugar,
coconut and cardamom and cook, stirring continuously
for 8 minutes until the coconut is thick and glazed.

Spread evenly in a flat baking tray and leave to
cool. Cut into square to serve.
