Ingredients
Method:
-
Heat the ghee and fry the gram
flour over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring
continuously.

Add the water and continue to stir
until it has been absorbed. Add the sugar and half
of each of the nuts and blend thoroughly.

Simmer
until the mixture is thick then stir in the
remaining nuts. Sprinkle with cardamom and serve
hot.
