Cook the radishes in boiling
water until tender, drain. Heat the ghee and fry the
radishes until lightly browned.
Heat the milk in a
separate pan, add the radishes and simmer begins to
thicken. Add the sugar and raisins and cook,
stirring continuously, until it reaches the desired
consistency.
Remove from the heat, stir in the
cardamom, cover and leave to cool. Serve hot or
chilled.
