Ingredients
Method:

Grate the coconut and grind the
flesh. Reserve the milk. Mix the coconut milk with
the flour and knead to soft dough, with a little
extra water if necessary.

Roll marble-sized pieces
of dough into balls then flatten with a fork. Heat
the ghee and fry the rolls until golden brown.

Meanwhile, boil the sugar and
water until it forms a syrup. Place the fried balls
in a bowl and pour over the hot syrup.

Shake the
bowl so that the syrup covers the rolls. Sprinkle
with cardamom and leave to cool.
