Ingredients

  • 175g/6 oz sugar

  • 100g/4 oz peanuts, coarsely chopped

  • 45ml/3 tbsp ghee


Method:

  1. Melt the sugar in a heavy-based pan then simmer until thick. Stir in the peanuts then spread over a lightly greased baking sheet and flatten with a greased rolling pin.

  2. Cut into squares while still hot then leave to cool.
