Ingredients

175ml/6 fl oz pineapple juice

15ml/1 tbsp arrowroot
-
60ml/4 tbsp clear honey
-
few drops of kewra or rose
water
-
1 pineapple, sliced
-
2 apples, cored and sliced
-
2 bananas, sliced
-
30ml/2 tbsp raisins
-
30ml/2 tbsp pine nuts, chopped

15ml/1 tbsp lemon juice
-
50g/2 oz strawberries
-
120ml/4 fl oz soured (dairy
sour) cream
Method:

Bring the pineapple juice to a
boil. Mix the arrowrrot and honey and stir into the
juice. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the kewra or rose
water and simmer for 3 minutes then pour into a
large bowl.

Add the prepared fruit to the juice then
gently stir in the raisins, pine nuts and lemon
juice.

Cover and refrigerator for about 2 hours,
stirring occasionally.

Stir in the strawberries and
serve with a dollop of soured cream.
