Ingredients
Method:

Heat the fry and fry the khoya
for 10 minutes over a low heat. Add the paneer and
sugar and blend thoroughly then cook for a further
10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and divide into 12.
Bring the milk to the boil, lower the heat and
simmer until reduced by half.

Remove from the heat and
sprinkle with the saffron, nuts and cardamom.

Add
the khoya pieces, cover and leave to stand for 5
minutes. Sprinkle with rose water before serving.
