Semolina Laddus
Ingredients
Method:
-
Toast the semolina in 30ml/2
tbsp of the ghee in a heavy-based pan until light
golden. Stir in the sugar and cardamom.

Heat the
remaining ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisins
for 2 minutes.
-
Add the semolina mixture and stir
over a low heat until very thick. Shape into balls.
