Ingredients
100g/4 oz sesame seeds
100g/4 oz sugar
5ml/1 tsp ghee
Method:
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until lightly browned. Put the sugar in a pan and cook over a low heat until melted.
Add the sesame seeds and blend thoroughly. Spread in a greased baking tray as thinly as possible. Cut into shapes and leave to cool.
