Ingredients
Method:
-
Boil the potatoes until tender
then peel and mash. Mix in the cardamom, sugar,
coconut and a pinch of salt and make the paste into
small balls.

Mix the flour, turmeric and a pinch of
salt then add enough water to make a thick batter.
-
Dip the balls in the batter and fry in the hot oil
until golden. Drain and serve hot.
