Vermicelli Kheer
Ingredients
Method:

Heat the ghee and fry the
vermicelli until golden brown. Pour in the milk and
bring to the boil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add the
sugar and sultanas and simmer, stirring
occasionally, until the desired consistency is
obtained. Sprinkle with cardamom before serving.
