Lamb Chops Moghlai
Ingredients
Method:
-
Grind the ginger, chilies,
turmeric and garlic to a smooth paste, rub over the
chops and marinate for 2 hours.

Heat the ghee and fry the chops
until thoroughly browned. Drain and set aside. Fry
the potatoes until golden.
-
Return the chops to the pan and
continue to fry for a few minutes. Transfer to a
warm oven. Fry the onion until crisp and sprinkle
over the chops.
