25g/1 oz/1/4 cup gram
flour]5ml/1 tsp chopped fresh mint
30ml/2 tbsp natural (plain)
yoghurt
salt
60ml/4 tbsp oil
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except
45ml/13 tbsp of the oil and shape into 20 meatballs.
Flatten to about 2.5cm/1 in
thick. Heat the remaining oil and fry the meatballs
for about 20 minutes until browned on all sides.
sere hot with mint chutney.
