Heat the oil and fry the
cardamom and cinnamon for 1 minutes. Add the
onions and fry until lightly browned. Add the
garlic and ginger and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and dill and
fry until the oil appears on the surface. Add the
spices, salt and pepper and fry for a few seconds.
Add the chicken and fry until the moisture from the
chicken evaporates.
Add the water, bring to the
boil, cove and simmer gently for about 40 minutes
until the chicken is tender and the sauce has
thickened.
