Heat the oil and fry the
crab meat quickly until browned. Remove and set
aside. Reheat the oil and fry the onions until
lightly browned.
Add the chilies, garlic and
crab meat, cover
and simmer for 4
minutes. Add the, tomatoes, potatoes, sugar and salt
and simmer for about 10 minutes until tender.
Serve hot with chapattis,
plain rice and a vegetable dish.
