Ingredients

450g/1 lb white fish, minced

4 large onions, minced

1 sprig fresh coriander (
cilantro), chopped

1 sprig fresh mint, chopped

1 cloves garlic, chopped

2.5 cm/1 in ginger root,
chopped

ml/2 tsp ground turmeric
-
30
ml/2 tbsp oil
-
salt and pepper
-
oil for
frying
Method:
-
Mix
together all the ingredients
except the frying oil and
shape into tat sausage
shapes.
-
Heat the oil
and shallow-fry for about 10 minutes
until cooked through and browned.
Serve hot with chutney and tomato
sauce.
