Haddock Parcel
Ingredients

450g/1 lb fresh
coriander leaves
-
10 green chilies
-
600 ml/1 pt /2
1/2 cups natural (plain) yoghurt
-
salt
-
450g/1 lb haddock
fillets
-
1 lemon , sliced
Method:
-
Grind the coriander and chilies
to a paste. Blend in the yoghurt and season with
salt.
-
Cut the fish into 4 and rub
with the pate. Wrap the pieces individually in
kitchen foil and place in a steamer over boiling
water.
-
Steam for about 20 minutes
until the fish is tender. Garnish with lemon slices
and serve hot with chapattis and rice.
