Indian Food Recipes - Yoghurt Recipe
Ingredients
15 ml/1 tbsp live natural (plain) yoghurt
15-30 ml/1-2 tbsp skimmed milk powder
600 ml/1 pt/2 1/2 cups long-life milk
Method:
Mix together the yoghurt and skimmed milk powder to a smooth paste. Heat the milk to lukewarm then stir it into the yoghurt paste.
Pour it into a clean vacuum Bask and leave for about 6 hours until the yoghurt has set.
Empty the yoghurt into a clean container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
