Tangy Tomato Soup
Ingredients

450 g/1 lb tomatoes, skinned
and quartered
-
1 small onion, sliced
-
1 small green (bell) pepper,
quartered
-
5 ml/1 tsp chopped fresh dill
(dill weed)
-
juice of 1/2 lime
-
450 ml/3/4 pt/2 cups chicken or
vegetable stock
-
salt and pepper
Method:
-
Puree al the ingredients until
smooth in a blender or food processor.
-
Check and adjust the seasoning
to taste. Chill well then serve sprinkled with black
pepper.
