Ingredients

2 coconuts, grated (shredded)

2 bulbs garlic, chopped
-
30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh
coriander (cilantro)

2 green chilies, seeded and
chopped

salt
Method:
-
Brown the grated coconut in a
heavy-based frying pan (skillet). Grind all the
ingredients together and store in an airtight jar.
