Chutneys, Pickles and Relishes Recipes - Coconut and Garlic Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 coconuts, grated (shredded)

  • 2 bulbs garlic, chopped

  • 30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

  • 2 green chilies, seeded and chopped

  • salt


Method:

  1. Brown the grated coconut in a heavy-based frying pan (skillet). Grind all the ingredients together and store in an airtight jar.
