Chutneys, Pickles and Relishes Recipes - Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro), coarsely chopped

  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

  • 1 small green chili

  • juice of 1 large lemon

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground red chili

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp garam masala

  • salt


Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste in a blender or food processor then store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
