Ingredients

1 bunch fresh coriander
(cilantro), coarsely chopped

1 medium onion, coarsely
chopped
-
1 small green chili
-
juice of 1 large lemon
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground red chili
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp garam masala
-
salt
Method:
-
Blend all the ingredients to a
smooth paste in a blender or food processor then
store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
