Ingredients

100g/4 oz fresh mint, chopped

100g/4 oz fresh coriander
(cilantro), chopped

1/2 small coconut, grated
(shredded)
-
10 cloves garlic, chopped
-
1-2 green chilies, chopped
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
salt
Method:

Grind all the ingredients
together, seasoning to taste with salt. Chill before
serving.
