Chutneys, Pickles and Relishes Recipes - Coriander and Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

  • 100g/4 oz fresh mint, chopped

  • 100g/4 oz fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped

  • 1/2 small coconut, grated (shredded)

  • 10 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • salt


Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients together, seasoning to taste with salt. Chill before serving.
