Chutneys, Pickles and Relishes Recipes - Coriander and Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 15g/1 oz fresh coriander (cilantro)

  • 15g/1/2 oz fresh mint leaves

  • 60ml/4 tbsp lemon juice

  • 5ml/1 tsp pomegranate seeds

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground red chili

  • 1 small green chili

  • 1 large clove garlic

  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped

  • 30ml/2 tbsp water

  • salt


Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
