- Coriander and Mint Chutney
Ingredients

15g/1 oz fresh coriander
(cilantro)

15g/1/2 oz fresh mint leaves

60ml/4 tbsp lemon juice
-
5ml/1 tsp pomegranate seeds
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp garam masala
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground red chili
-
1 small green chili
-
1 large clove garlic
-
1 onion, coarsely chopped
-
30ml/2 tbsp water
-
salt
Method:
-
Blend all the ingredients to a
smooth paste in a blender or food processor.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
