Ingredients

50g/2 oz fresh coriander
(cilantro)

100g/4 oz grated (shredded)
coconut
-
4 green chilies
-
1 onion, chopped
-
5mm/1/4 in ginger root, chopped
-
3 cloves garlic
-
1.5ml/1/4 tsp tamarind
concentrate
-
120ml/4 fl oz water
-
salt
Method:
-
Place all the ingredients in a
blender or food processor and blend to a fine paste.
-
Serve in a small bowl as a dip with snacks or apptizers.
