Chutneys, Pickles and Relishes Recipes - Tricolor Chutney

Ingredients

  • 4 red radishes, chopped

  • 4 spring onions (scallions), chopped

  • 2 green chilies, chopped

  • 5cm/2 in ginger root, grated

  • salt

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp black pepper

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)


Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except the coriander and stir to blend thoroughly. Chill before serving garnished with the garnished.
