- Tricolor Chutney
Ingredients

4 red radishes, chopped
-
4 spring onions (scallions),
chopped
-
2 green chilies, chopped
-
5cm/2 in ginger root, grated
-
salt
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp black pepper
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh
coriander (cilantro)
Method:
-
Mix together all the
ingredients except the coriander and stir to blend
thoroughly. Chill before serving garnished with the
garnished.
