Drinks Recipes - Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients

• 30ml/2 tbsp coffee powder

• 10ml/2 tsp cocoa

• 30ml/2 tbsp sugar

• 300ml/1/2 pt water

• 300ml/1/2 pt milk

• 15ml/1 tbsp drinking chocolate

Method:

1. Blend the coffee, cocoa and sugar to a paste with a little water in a pan.

2. Bring the remaining water and bring to the boil in a separate pan with the milk, stir in the paste and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve hot, sprinkled with a little chocolate powder.
