Indian Recipes - Lassi Indian Recipe
Ingredients
450ml/3/4 pt natural (plain) yoghurt
60ml/4 tbsp sugar
100ml/3 1/2 fl oz cold water
12 ice cubes
Method:
Blend the yoghurt and sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add the water and ice cubes to taste and blend for a further 2 minutes until the mixture is frothy.
Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
