Indian Recipes - Mango-yoghurt Drink Indian Recipe
Ingredients
3 ripe mangoes
750ml/1 1/4 pts natural (plain) yoghurt
45ml/3 tbsp light soft brown sugar
6 ice cubes
Method:
Peel the mangoes and remove the seeds. Blend with the yoghurt and sugar in a blender or food processor until whipped and creamy.
Add the ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds. Serve in wine glasses. You can replace the mangoes with 1 medium papaya if you prefer.
