Indian Recipes - Rose Lassi Indian Recipe
Ingredients
1.2l/2 pts natural (plain) yoghurt
30ml/2 tbsp rose water
75g/3 oz light soft brown sugar
6 ice cubes
Method:
Blend the yoghurt, rosewater and sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and blend for 1 minute until the mixture is frothy. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
