Drinks Recipes - Satsuma Tea

Ingredients

• 600ml/1 pt water

• rind of 1 Satsuma

• sugar

• 30ml/2 tbsp single (light) cream

Method:

1. Bring the water to the boil in a pan, add the rind and simmer for 1 minute.

2. Remove from the heat, stir in the sugar to taste, strain and serve hot, topped with cream.
