Ingredients

1 mango
-
4 large peaches
-
4 raspberries
-
300ml/1/2 pt condensed milk
-
90ml/6 tbsp double (heavy)
cream
-
sugar to taste
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp kewra or rose
water
Method:
-
Bring a saucepan of water to
the boil. Remove from the heat and drop in the mango
and peaches.

When the water cools, remove the fruit,
stone and skin them. Puree with the raspberries then
blend in the condensed milk, cream and sugar to
taste.

Whisk until smooth. Pour into moulds and
freeze until firm. Sprinkle with kewra or rose water
before serving.
