Ice Cream Recipes - Kulfi

Ingredients

  • 450ml/3/4 pt evaporated milk

  • 50g/2 oz blanched almonds

  • 75g/3 oz sugar

  • 5ml/1 tsp almonds essence (extract)


Method:

  1. Blend together 30ml/2 tbsp of the evaporated milk with the almonds in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix in the remaining evaporated milk and the sugar. Add the almond essence and pour the mixture into an ice cream mould.

  3. Freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
