Indian Recipes - Kulfi Indian Recipe
Ingredients
450ml/3/4 pt evaporated milk
50g/2 oz blanched almonds
75g/3 oz sugar
5ml/1 tsp almonds essence (extract)
Method:
Blend together 30ml/2 tbsp of the evaporated milk with the almonds in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the remaining evaporated milk and the sugar. Add the almond essence and pour the mixture into an ice cream mould.
Freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
