Ice Cream Recipes - Lychee Chuski

Ingredients

  • 225g/8 oz lychee flesh

  • 600ml/1 pt water

  • 50g/2 oz sugar

  • 5ml/1 tsp rose water


Method:

  1. Blend the lychees and water in a blender or food processor for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in the sugar and kewra water and blend again. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze on sticks.
