Ingredients
225g/8 oz lychee flesh
600ml/1 pt water
50g/2 oz sugar
5ml/1 tsp rose water
Method:
Blend the lychees and water in a blender or food processor for 1 minute.
Stir in the sugar and kewra water and blend again. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze on sticks.
