Ingredients
300ml/1/2 pt mango pulp
300ml/1/2 pt water
25g/1 oz sugar
pinch of ground cumin
2.5ml/1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh mint
pinch of salt
6 saffron threads
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze on sticks.
