Quick Kulfi
Ingredients

300ml/1/2 pt imitation cream
(vegetable oil non-dairy cream)

400ml/14 fl oz evaporated milk
-
45ml/3 tbsp sugar
-
50g/2 oz flaked almonds
-
15ml/1 tbsp sliced pistachios
-
10ml/2 tsp rose water
-
5ml/1 tsp ground cardamom
Method:

Whisk the cream, evaporated
milk and sugar until thick. Add the remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour into conical kulfi containers or small plastic cups, cover and
freeze, stirring every 20-30 minutes to prevent the
nuts settling to the bottom. Cut into rounds to
serve.
