Raitas Recipes - Fruit Raita
Ingredients

10ml/2 tsp gelatin
-
30ml/2 tbsp water
-
75ml/5 tbsp caster (superfine)
sugar
-
600ml/1 pt natural (plain)
yoghurt
-
2 small apples, peeled and
cubed

30ml/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:

Dissolve the gelatin in the
water. Mix the sugar into the yoghurt then whisk in
the gelatin and leave until the yoghurt begins to
thicken.

Stir in the apples and walnuts and leave to
set in the refrigerator. Serve sprinkled with
cinnamon.
