Raitas Recipes - Peanut Raita
Ingredients

30ml/2 tbsp roasted peanuts
-
300ml/1/2 pt natural (plain)
yoghurt
-
salt
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp black pepper
-
5ml/1 tsp cumin seeds, roasted
and ground
-
1 green chili, finely chopped
-
15ml/1 tbsp chopped fresh
coriander (cilantro)
Method:
-
Chop the peanuts into small
pieces. Beat the yoghurt until smooth then stir in
the peanuts, salt, pepper and cumin seeds and blend
together well.
-
Sprinkle with the chili and coriander
and chill before serving.
