Raitas Recipes - Radish Raita
Ingredients

10 white radishes, grated
-
salt
-
450ml/3/4 pt natural (plain)
yoghurt
-
pepper
-
2 green chilies, finely chopped
-
5ml/1 tsp ground cumin
-
lemon juice (optional)
Method:
-
Sprinkle the radish with salt
and leave to drain for 30 minutes.
-
Squeeze out any
excess water then stir into the yoghurt with salt,
pepper, chilies, cumin. Add lemon juice if wished,
Chill before serving.
