Raitas Recipes - Tomato, Cucumber and Onion Raita
Ingredients

500g/17 fl oz natural (plain)
yoghurt
-
150g/5 oz tomatoes, cut into
1cm/1/2 in pieces
-
1 small onions, finely chopped
-
1/2 cucumber, cut into 1cm/1/2
in in pieces
-
salt
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp ground roasted
cumin
-
15ml/1 tbsp chopped fresh
coriander (cilantro)
-
1 small green chili, chopped
Method:
-
Whisk the yoghurt until smooth.
Stir in the tomatoes, onion, cucumber, salt and
cumin. Chill in the refrigerator.
-
Sprinkle with the
remaining ingredients before serving.
