Snacks Recipes - Batato Puri

Ingredients

  • 12 Puris

  • 3 boiled potatoes, chopped

  • 60ml/4 tbsp natural (plain) yoghurt

  • salt

  • 5ml/1 tsp chili powder

  • 15ml/1 tbsp chutney

  • 15ml/1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

  • 5ml/1 tsp ground cumin


Method:

  1. Arrange the puris on a plate and make a hole in the centre of each.

  2. Stuff the potatoes into the puris and sprinkle with salt and chili powder then a little chutney.

  3. Garnish with coriander and cumin and serve at once.
