Batato Puri
Ingredients

12 Puris
-
3 boiled potatoes, chopped
-
60ml/4 tbsp natural (plain)
yoghurt
-
salt
-
5ml/1 tsp chili powder
-
15ml/1 tbsp chutney
-
15ml/1 tbsp chopped fresh
coriander (cilantro)
-
5ml/1 tsp ground cumin
Method:
-
Arrange the puris on a plate
and make a hole in the centre of each.
-
Stuff the
potatoes into the puris and sprinkle with salt and
chili powder then a little chutney.
-
Garnish with
coriander and cumin and serve at once.
