Soak the bread in water foe a
few minutes then squeeze out the water. Mash the
bread with the potatoes, coriander, chili, onion and
salt. Divide into 8 portions and shape into short,
fat discs with greased hands.
Heat 15ml/1 tbsp of
ghee at a time and fry the discs in batches until
lightly browned on both sides. Serve hot with
chutney.
