Fried Corn
Ingredients

225g/8 oz sweet corns
-
300ml/1/2 pt milk
-
45ml/3 tbsp ghee
-
salt and pepper
Method:
-
Bring the corn and milk to the
boil and simmer until the corn is dry and the milk
has evaporated.
-
Heat the ghee and add the cooked
corn. Fry gently until the aroma arises, sprinkle
with salt and pepper and serve hot.
