Snacks Recipes - Fried Corn

Ingredients

  • 225g/8 oz sweet corns

  • 300ml/1/2 pt milk

  • 45ml/3 tbsp ghee

  • salt and pepper


Method:

  1. Bring the corn and milk to the boil and simmer until the corn is dry and the milk has evaporated.

  2. Heat the ghee and add the cooked corn. Fry gently until the aroma arises, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot.
