Ingredients
Method:
-
Sift together the flour and
salt and rub in the ghee. Add sufficient water to
make a soft dough, roll into small balls then roll
these out to thick circles.
-
Sprinkle a little flour
on each circle then fold into quarters, dampen the
edges and press together. Heat the oil or ghee and
fry until browned.
