Ingredients
Method:
-
Soak the sago in the buttermilk
for 1 hour. Stir in the flour, chili powder,
asafoetida, chilies, coriander and ghee to make a
stiff dough.

Take a ladleful of dough on the
palm of your left hand and flatten it with your
right hand.

Make a hole in the centre, slip the
dough into hot oil and fry until browned and crisp.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with chutney.
