Ingredients
Method:
-
Rub the ghee into the flour,
cumin and salt then add enough water to make a stiff
dough. Divide into 24 portions, sprinkle with pepper
and roll out to a flat round disc.

Heat the ghee to
smoking point then deep-fry until golden. Drain on
kitchen paper and serve hot or cold.
